We totally understand the joy of celebrating birthdays. Because of Social Distancing we are prevented from sharing your special days on the farm. As a result of the Gov announcement on 22nd Feb we know we are still closed for some time yet.
Therefore we came up with fun videos with Farmer Palmer with the animals. Because of the high demand we have had to bring in help to organise our busy Farmer Palmer to make sure we do not miss any special mentions hence changing to this small charge. Your contribution will go a long way.
How Do I get a Shout Out Birthday Short Video Clip on Facebook?
Enter details in the boxes above.
- Ensure you are giving us 7 days notice
- Click on the Birthday Party Shout Outs OPTION BOX
- Add FIRST NAME
- Add LAST NAME
- Enter DATE OF BIRTH
- Add their favourite animal or place on the park (we cannot guarantee this info included)

What Happens to my Birthday Request?
- Once you have completed checkout we will receive all of your info, we’ll set it all up and Farmer Palmer will get your message recorded
- Our digital marketing fairy will post your little VIP’s video clip on the Farmer Palmer’s Facebook page on the day of their Birthday as long as we have all the information.

Why the change from them being free?
Believe it or not, we are humbled by customer’s requests to donate something for these short video clip requests. As their popularity increased and the organisation increased we feel it is time to ask for a small charge.
How Can I Pay For A Birthday Shout Out I HAVE ALREADY HAD?
We jumped on a customer’s idea and, as a consequence, we have also added a Post Birthday Shout Out Option so you can still give £4.50 retrospectively. And for that we thank you. No Facebook Video will be made for this option.
As the First Name, Last Name and Date of Birth are mandatory please enter their previous dates.

- No refunds are given.
- We require all requested information before Farmer Palmer can record the video, if we do not have all the information this may cause a delay as we will need to contact you for the information. Farmer Palmer cannot make a video without the information which is why we added the special boxes for you.
- Farmer Palmer’s can not guarantee the video will be posted on the birthday day if we do not have the full 7 days notice
